Recently, we had the privilege of staging a brand-new home to help potential buyers envision its full potential. Setting the Stage in the Foyer

 

The foyer is the first impression of any home, so we chose a modern console paired with a stunning mirror to anchor the space. This setup creates a welcoming entryway and offers a clear line of sight into the great room, drawing visitors further into the home.

 

Creating Comfort and Style in the Great Room

 

The great room, with its ample natural light and generous size, served as the heart of the home. We started with a 9x12 rug featuring soft, inviting colors as the foundation. A creamy white boucle sectional anchored the seating area, complemented by an eye-catching cocktail table and striking art over the mantle. The result? A space that feels both sophisticated and cozy.

 

Cohesion in the Dining Room

 

Visible from the great room, the dining room needed to align seamlessly with the adjacent space. We selected a solid wood dining table, notable for its unique wormhole details and unusual shape. Though we brought a backup plan, this distinctive piece fit the space perfectly, proving that bold choices can pay off beautifully.

 

Balancing Contrast in the Office

 

The home office featured dramatic black walls, which we softened with lighter, textured pieces. A woven armoire added unexpected charm, while a carved desk, modern chair, and sleek lamp provided functionality and style. This mix of textures and tones created a balanced, inviting workspace.

 

Elegance in the Master Bedroom

 

The master bedroom exuded elegance with its crisp white walls and a stunning chandelier. To enhance this refined atmosphere, we selected a neutral rug and an upholstered bed that complemented the room’s serene aesthetic.

 

Extending the Design Outdoors

 

The home’s large covered outdoor space was staged to reflect the interior’s transitional style. Neutral, high-quality furnishings defined both a seating and dining area, ensuring a seamless flow from the great room to the outdoors.
